# PiyoChess – Privacy Policy

PiyoChess ("the App") is developed and published by **Taito Harada** ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data and is intended for public posting (e.g., CCODEX, Notion, GitHub Pages) to support App Store review.

## 1. No Personal Data Collection
- The App does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
- The App does not ask for registration, login, email, or profile data.

## 2. Analytics
- The App currently does **not** use any analytics services.
- In future updates, anonymous usage analytics may be added to improve gameplay quality. If implemented, no personal data will be collected.

## 3. Advertising (Future Updates)
- The App may display third-party advertisements in future updates.
- If ads are used, advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may collect:
  - Device identifiers (IDFA or similar)
  - Approximate device information
  - Interaction data with ads
- This data is processed by the advertising provider only and is not stored by the Developer.
- A notice will be displayed when ads are enabled in a future version.

## 4. Offline Gameplay
- The App is fully playable offline.
- No game data is uploaded to external servers.

## 5. Third-Party Tools & Assets
- Some visual or audio assets used in the App are created by:
  - Designer collaborators
  - Licensed free materials (commercial-use allowed)
  - AI-assisted tools
- These assets do not collect any user data.

## 6. Children’s Privacy
- The App is suitable for general audiences.
- No personal data is collected from children.
